The "biscotti di Prato" or "cantuccini" are the traditional Tuscan almond cookies, prepared using only fresh free range eggs and Australian quality almonds. To be enjoyed dipped in Vin Santo or other sweet dessert wines. Prepared with the original recipe used by Antonella's father since ever, these Italian biscotti are crunchy and light, without any butter or dairy ingredients.
