Vegetable stock only needs to simmer for 30 to 45 minutes to extract the maximum flavor from vegetables. Ingredients: Combine all the ingredients in a large stock pot, make sure all the vegetables are covered with water. Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer. Simmer for 30-45 minutes. |
